All orders are processed withinĀ 10ā15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time your order confirmation email is received.
Please note:
- Production timeĀ does not include shipping time.
- Custom design orders are not included in standard processing time.
During peak seasons such as Christmas, Motherās Day, Fatherās Day, Back to School, and store sale events, processing times may be longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Express Tracked Postage: $14.95
Once your parcel has left our studio, A Little Magic Studio is not responsible for delays or loss during transit. For delivery updates, please contact Australia Post directly.

At this time, we do not offer free shipping on custom orders or standard orders.
š Local Pick-Up (Glenella, Mackay, QLD)
Local pick-up is available from Mackay, Queensland.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection and instructions on how to arrange a pick-up time.
Please do not arrive without confirmation, as this is a private address.
