We do not offer refunds or returns on personalised or custom-made products. As each piece is made to order, we are unable to cancel or refund an order once work has begun.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your design has not started, we may be able to cancel your order.

💛 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if:

• The item is damaged
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong item

This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.

If an error is made by A Little Magic Studio, we will replace your item at no cost to you.

💌 Incorrect Personalisation or Customer Errors

Please double-check spelling, fonts, colour choices, and custom details before completing your order.
We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for customer mistakes submitted at checkout.
If you identify that you have made a mistake with personalisation, please contact A Little Magic Studio immediately.

📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has left our studio, A Little Magic Studio is no longer responsible for delays or loss during transit. For delivery issues, please contact Australia Post.
