We do not offer refunds or returns onΒ personalised or custom-made products. As each piece is made to order, we are unable to cancel or refund an order once work has begun.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your design has not started, we may be able to cancel your order.Β

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if:

β€’ The item is defective
β€’ You received the wrong item

This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.

If an error is made by A Little Magic Studio, we will replace your item at no cost to you.

Please double-check spelling, fonts, colour choices, and custom details before completing your order.
We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for customer mistakes submitted at checkout.
