1. Share your idea
   Tell us what you’re wanting created and any inspiration or details you have.
2. Receive a quote
   We’ll provide pricing based on your design and materials.
3. Invoice & payment
   Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send an invoice to secure your custom order.
4. Design stage
   After payment, we will begin designing your piece and source any required materials.
5. Mock-up approval
   A digital mock-up will be sent for your approval before production begins.
6. Creation & shipping
   Once approved, your custom piece will be made and shipped out to you.
   

⏳ Timeframes

Custom orders take time to perfect.
Please allow up to 2 weeks (business days) for your design to be created once payment has been received.

📝 Important Notes

• We do not copy other businesses' designs.
• We can take inspiration, but we will always recreate it with our own creative style.
• Custom orders must be paid in full before design work begins.
