LOCAL COLLECTION (Mackay, QLD)

Local collection is available from Glenella, Mackay, Queensland.

If you would like to collect your order, please use the code 'LOCALPICKUP' at checkout to remove shipping charges. You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection with details on arranging pickup.

PRODUCTION TIMEFRAME 

As each item is custom-made and created to order, production times can vary. Personalised or custom-made items generally dispatched within 1-14 business days. Some select items may have a faster turnaround time. These turnaround times do not include custom order designs. During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, turnaround times may be longer than usual.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE

Once your parcel leaves A Little Magic Studio and is with Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Standard Post: approximately 3-7 business days

Express Post: approximately 1-4 business days

Please allow extra time for rural or regional locations.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Every parcel is sent with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been packed and lodged. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returned parcels or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details.

RETURNS & FAULTS

Because our products are personalised and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect personalisation entered by the customer or incorrect selections made during checkout. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can work with you on a suitable solution.
